Returns and Refunds

Online Courses and Coaching Programs

On our website at, we have retail items, self-study online courses, retreats, training programs, as well as online coaching programs available for purchase (hereafter referred to as Products). These Products are offered and sold as either a one-time payment upfront or on a payment plan requiring monthly payments throughout the duration of the Product.

All payments of any Product that have been successfully processed are considered final and non-refundable. If, however, you need to suspend a subscription or monthly payment plan, please notify us by email at [email protected] stating the reason for your request. Please do not submit any requests through social media (ie. Facebook) as those requests will be not be considered valid. We will respond to your request by sending you a Questionaire to be filled out and returned to us.

All requests for suspension as well as the questionnaire will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if approved, the suspension will go into effect 30 days from the date of your next payment which means your next scheduled payment will be the last one.

Refunds are not available for purchases of Janet’s book. Exchanges are provided in circumstances where the item arrived damaged or is not 100% complete. To request an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] describing the issue. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged product back to Janet and Janet will pay the shipping for the replacement product.
